The hotel was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and excellent, and the location was great.

Despite some basic amenities lacking, this hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a good location. the carpeted one bedroom apartments were spacious and you will get complimentary coffee. You will enjoy the prompt service of the housekeeping, and a great Turkish fork restaurant located beneath the hotel.

I really appreciated that they had a complimentary tea or coffee upon arrival which was a nice touch. the area outside offered plenty of parking which made our stay easy and hassle-free. Lastly, they provided us with some extra blankets which was much appreciated during the colder weather.

On a negative note, I did not like that the basic amenities such as cutlery, plates and water bottles were not provided daily. This was a small inconvenience but it would have been nice to have them in the room.
